Panda plant

This is the 2nd plant. Both were repotted at a nursery. Using the correct planting soil we water when it’s dry and don’t over water. This plant was full and healthy looking, then all of a sudden it goes straggly and many branches appears to die. Some remaining branches look bad towards the bottom, but new growth on the ends. We do the correct light and have treated it for bugs with Neem oil from the nursery.

I need a little more information. Is the pot it is in well-draining? Is it indoors/outdoors? What bugs did you treat your plant for? What kind of lighting is it receiving?
