Palm tree problems

My palm tree is starting to fail to grow new fronds The fronds are going brown at the ends Is there any treatment I can use to ensure further growth

First check for any signs of pest and disease like sticky sap on fronds or trunk, borer or chew holes. If none are present try to fertilize it
