Palm Tree Issue

Hello. I have an issue with a Queen Palm (maybe two). Attached is a pic of one. Can you give me some info as to what is going on and how to correct? The bark just peels off and it is very soft underneath.

Though there are a few diseases and fungus issues that are related to the Queen Palm I believe your palm is suffering from Termite damage.

I would call in a professional to inspect the Palms.
