Palm tree disease

Can somebody help me identify this palm tree disease? Is there any treatment? Thanks

Those yellow, crinkled streaks look like Palm Frizzle Top.

This is caused by a manganese deficiency. Apply manganese-rich fertilizer and the new growth should come up looking healthy.
