Pale Green Mottling on Leaves

The young 4-5 year old vine just started growing this year. Now there is a pale green mottling on the leaves and they look like they are dying of thirst, but there has been plenty of rain and watering. I am wondering if I have fertilized it too often with Miracle Grow, once every two or three weeks. Or has an insect or other unseen disease taken over?

What plant are you asking about? Are you using the plant food according to package directions? There isn’t enough information to base a guess on, please expand.
