Pachima Money Tree Leaves Problems

Question

Hello any idea what’s wrong with my Pachima money tree houseplant and what I can do to make it healthier please? Thanks. (See photos of leaves)

It appears that the tree is just a little too dry. They will enjoy a dry period between waterings, but don't extend that too long, or you will see these symptoms.

Sometimes, air blowing on them, or the leaves touching glass can cause this as well.
