Q.Overwintering

Zone Leicester | Lyn Nicholls added on October 17, 2017 | Answered

For the first time, this year I am going to put certain plants in an outhouse with light and a heater that can be put on if necessary in the event of any really cold weather. My question is do I just leave them to fend for themselves, or should I water on a regular basis? Thankyou

Many different plants will have different requirements. Typically, the watering will be pretty consistent no matter what plant you dealing with. You will always water much less than you would in the summer seasons. I would definitely check on them and water when it is dry.
