overwatering

If I have over watered my impatiens, will they come back? They are lanky and don’t have many buds.

If they are overwatered and sit in soggy soil they may have perished from root rot.
They would not recover from this.

Allow them to dry out and after a few days give a tug. If they pull right out of the ground, just dispose of the plants.
