Q.Overwatered Rubber Plant

I received a rubber plant in September. It was overwatered and I have tried to let it dry out so that it will perk up. Doesn’t seem to be working. Do I need to re-pot it? Also, we live at 10, 000 feet, do rubber trees dislike the altitude?

It may have root rot. This plant is susceptible to root rot if over watered. This article will help:
