Q.overgrown bulb garden
Cannot keep up with the weeds in a bulb garden that was neglected for a year. I weeded and tried to remove all the roots that I found but weeds return quickly so. Thinking that I will remove all soil down 8 inches or so, pull out the bulbs as I go and put in new soil, basically start the bed all over again. Will this give me a head start on the weeds?
