Gardening Know How Questions & Answers - https://questions.gardeningknowhow.comI mixed fertilizer with my soil and i noticed the seeds that opened look white around the edges. I realized my mistake but i’m wondering if i remove half of the soil and add fresh soil will it fix the problem?

I'm not clear about whether your problem is with garden soil or houseplant, and not sure what kinds of seeds you've planted. Here's a link to several articles about how to fix over-fertilization:
