Outdoor Yucca Plant

Question

My yucca just went through a harsh cold snap in Portland, OR. and all its leaves have fallen over.   Should I cut those off now or wait till early spring? Or is it simply dead?

I would wait until spring. The plant should survive, but you won't know the extent of the damage until spring, so it will be best to wait until then to prune so that you can better judge exactly what needs to be taken off.
