outdoor plant disease

Literally overnight have white sticky dots on leaves of beautiful alice mandeville. It’s not the normal powdery mildew as it’s small dots. What to do? It’s quickly spreading all over the plant. Thanks!

This sounds like Scale pests.
Neem Oil is a good treatment.
