Outdoor Jasmine Climber In South Florida

My outdoor jasmine plant has problem , the tips of the plant dry out and it works back to the branches , and it spreads to other leaves ,, I prune all the dead branches and after a couple months it starts all over again

This appears to be a bad bacterial blight. It will not likely ever resolve itself.

Your first line of defense will be fungicides. This article will help:

If this fails, your next defense will be a treatment of DOLOMITIC LIME and WETTABLE SULFUR. About 1/2 a cup per plant of Lime, and about a teaspoon per plant of Wettable Sulfur.
