Outdoor Yucca Plants

Your site says that the yucca plants can withstand cold temps. I live in GA and just want to know if I need to cover the base of the plant with leaves for the winter or if it is alright to just leave it as is?

Yucca plants do not require any special attention in winter, especially in your area. It should be just fine to leave the yucca as is.
