Q.Outdoor Yucca Plants
I am just wondering if the yucca plants only bloom every other year, as I have two that bloomed the first year but not the second year and I planted two this past year (which they bloomed) but now I’m coming up on the third year (for the first two I planted) and am trying to figure out if I am doing something wrong with these plants or what? Appreciate any help you might be able to give me on this matter, as I really do enjoy these plants a lot.

Unfortunately, there is no sure-fire way to make a yucca bloom. They need a break between blooming to build up their energy reserves. They bloom when they are ready and normally take a few years in between blooming when they are young, but typically the older they get, the more regularly they will bloom.
