Our pomelo tree is bearing fruit but it is dry and not edible. Live in central Florida.

Fruit is dry with no juice. It has blossoms on it now. Are we pulling it too late?

Maybe due to late harvest, but I suspect that the tree is underwatered. Citrus like deep flood irrigation especially when forming fruit; try to achieve 10 or 12 inches of penetration.

Fertilize spring and fall with a complete organic citrus fertilizer.
