Our newly planted Chaste Tree

We planted this tree a few months ago and it does not have any green on it now because of winter. When will it start to get new buds or growth? Right now it looks dead because it has nothing on it. Our fruitless Pear Tree already has new tiny leaves.

Your tree was likely dormant when you planted. As long as the root system is alive, your tree should began to grow and leaf out.
