Gardening Know How Questions & Answers - https://questions.gardeningknowhow.comOur kumquat tree that is planted outside is 1-2 feet too tall to reach the fruit. Can we cut the top out of it? If so, how? The tree is about 10 years old and very productive but is blocking the window. We live in Savannah, GA. Thank you.
