Gardening Know How Questions & Answers - https://questions.gardeningknowhow.comOur established creeping Virginia has literally blown off wall. We have tried to flatten and tie it back but wonder if it will re-attach. Or maybe we should cut it down? In which case, if we cut the really big ‘stems,’ do we risk killing it? Very upsetting, as it is gorgeous and we prune top regularly to keep it ship shape.

It is very hard to hurt or kill Creeping Virginia.
You can use plant ties to attach it to the trellis or structure your working with.
