Gardening Know How Questions & Answers - https://questions.gardeningknowhow.comMy ornamental kale was fertilized and heavily mulched in late march. I thought it died. I did not see my garden for approx. 6 months. At that time the kale I thought had died had formed a head, actually ,several heads,, and made a beautiful area over 3 feet in diameter display that was very beautiful. My question is how do I make this happen again?

Repeat the same process and hope for the same Winter weather!
I’m sure it is a stunning display!
I love Ornamental Kale, but have yet to repeat the same growth and show each year. Last year insects ate mine!
