Oriental poppy

Plant after or before last frost in North Georgia? We have some below freezing weather but winters are generally not very bad. Don’t know if I would call them mild but compared to northern areas, they are. Two or three snows each winter. Thanks.

It is best to plant them before the last frost, since cooler weather is though to help with their gerination. Here is more about growing Oriental poppies:
