Organic seaweed concentrate

If I plant seeds and the young seedlings are in an early stage, is it safe to use organic seaweed concentrate and, if it is, how regularly can I use it?

Unless the label directions say otherwise, yes, you can apply seaweed concentrate to seedlings, and you can apply it every 2-3 weeks. If necessary, dilute the formula as directed on the label.
