Orchids

Question

I have 8 orchids indoors. I see they have what I think is called “Mealybugs.” They are white and I see they are on the leaves as well as on the stem. How can I get rid of them? I see the one plant’s leaves are sticky as well. At times there are ants on the stem. Please help me. I repotted them all about 4 months ago. They are in front of a north facing window. I water them once a week in the summer and every second week during the winter.
