The orchid has 3 bunches of green leaves and roots/tentacles growing. Can they be replanted, and how do I do it?

The roots should be left in place, since they are important to the orchid's health:

If you have an offshoot growing from the top of the plant with a baby orchid on the end, then yes, you can replant it:
