My grocery store-bought moth orchid lost all blooms in the last week. All dropped off, one every couple of days. What is wrong? What did I do to kill it? Is it dead? Can I revive it? Should I re-pot it? I live on PEI Canada. Wilma

You may have done nothing wrong! Often times a store does not care properly for the plants; light conditions, watering and temperatures.
You can prune the spent orchid flowers and stems from the plant and with proper care, it will bloom again.
