Orchid leaves

Hi I have had this orchid for ten months now and this is the third bloom. I have not changed how I have looked after it for the whole 10 months however in the last two weeks two of the leaves have developed black tips and yellowing around them as shown in the picture. All other leaves are fine. Any ideas on what’s wrong and what I should do?

Yes. This is starting to become nutrient deficient. It is necessary to fertilize these at least once a month with a half strength orchid fertilizer. I like to fertilize mine weekly with a very weak fertilizer with each watering.
