Orchid

Question

My wife has a large orchid that had two big stalks that was covered with blooms. One of the stalks has lost all the blooms and is turning yellow. She repotted it about a month ago. It’s in an east window with bright sunlight. She is watering according as directed. Can you tell us what we are doing wrong. Could it be the humidity?

I don't think exposure to strong sunlight is good. I choose to hang my orchid baskets under a large tree, some other orchid baskets, I hang them in place with lustful shadows and low strong light!
