I just moved from the east coast and my daughter’s orange tree needs help.

It is very hard to tell what is going on here!

Stress has left the tree with multiple branches, which will risk bringing about disease from lack of airflow.

I would recommend pruning all but a few branches to grow out as leaders. After this, proper care will bring it back out of this state.
