Orange tree

I have had an orange tree planted for about 12 years, no oranges. I hate to give up but I can’t get it to produce. Maybe it froze one year…should I try again or take it out?

Check the growing conditions with the articles below.
Also a soil test can help you determine if you soil is lacking nutrients.
