Orange tree

Our navel oranges are turning orange early this year and falling. Cutting them open to
find at the navel end rotten. One had a white worm. What if anything can we do to remedy this.

This is citrus brown rot. There isn’t a lot you can do, as most treatment is preventative. In some cases wettable sulfur, or iron sulphate can help, or copper sulfate as well.
