Orange Quality

Most of the orange trees in my garden produce maximum number of oranges but their skin is very thick and less juicy. How to eliminate this problem? Some trees have oranges but dry in juice and small in size, whereas I water them regularly. One of the plants has more than 1,000 oranges of good size and shape but is not sweet. Please tell me how I can make them sweet and juicy. Many plants in the garden are very sweet but their skin is thick.
