Q.Optimal EC Of Worm Casting Fertilizer
I hope you are fine. My question is about the ideal EC for worm casting fertilizer. What EC range is acceptable for this type of organic fertilizer? If the EC of Worm Casting fertilizer is in the range of 7-8 ds/m, does it affect the quality of the fertilizer and jeopardize the health of the plants? What can we do to reduce the EC of worm casting fertilizer?

Do not use that. It is full of salts and the EC should be within .5 to 2 dS/m. This will need to be leached or flushed.

Once you confirm that you have all of the salts removed and it is within range, then you can use it as normal. Normally, you wouldn't be worried about worm castings causing any damage, but this seems to have originated from a salty area or an area that is too nutrient rich with fertilizers.
