Q.One Of Our Trees Has A Sticky Foam Looking Stuff On The Leaves In The New Growth, Can You Tell Me What’s It Is, And How To Fix It

please the tree is the small variety, and has just started doing this since we had quite a bit of rain, we have 10 along the fence line and they have formed a hedge between the neighbours and us. I cannot up load a photo as i don’t know how to. Sorry

Without knowing the type of tree or seeing a photo, I can suggest these possibilities:

Also, some trees have bark containing Saponins, eucalyptus is one, which causes foam to form after a rain. It could run down into the leaves. It does not pose a problem.

If none of these seems like the problem, you may want to take a sample to a local nursery for identification.
