Gardening Know How Questions & Answers - https://questions.gardeningknowhow.comI planted this oleander in 2007. Since it has survived a hurricane and a winter with Temps in the 20s. But, it does not grow and puts out little new growth. I suspect the freeze did more damage than anything. Is there any hope for saving it?

The winter temps are the likely issue. Oleander cannot take cold temperatures that fall below 20 degrees F.
You can prune out the shrub to shape up the legginess.
Use caution as every part of the plant is poisonous, and it is crucial this shrub not be grown where children or pets will be exposed.
