Gardening Know How Questions & Answers - https://questions.gardeningknowhow.comAdmittedly, it has been very wet this year, but the Obedient plants in my garden suffer EACH year from some type of rust or brown areas on the leaves. The stalk droops and dies. I can find no insect on the leaves. Any suggestions?

Rust is a fungus.
