north american kiwi

Dear friends,

I have two kiwi plants and they both started developing issues with leaves.

leaves on a 2 year old kiwi plant (male) started turning red color (dull red and brownish) and developing holes.
leaves on a recently replanted 5 year old kiwi plant started turning completely black and charring. They look like they were burnt in fire.

Also, we recently planted a 1 year old quince tree and the leaves are starting to curl and rot.

What should we do?
