Non-Fruiting Tahitian Lime Tree

I have a Tahitian Lime tree that is about 3-4 years old and in very good health. It gets plenty of blossoms, but unfortunately, it does not grow into established fruit. I have only ever had about 4-5 limes off it.
Please help.
