Gardening Know How Questions & Answers - https://questions.gardeningknowhow.comI have a healthy 5-year-old Kousa dogwood planted under deciduous trees in the Memphis, TN area. The tree has a nice form and healthy leaves but NEVER blooms. The soil is acidic and enriched. It gets plenty of water and is in dappled sunlight. Why won’t it bloom?
