Q.non blooming 2nd yr rose

Having checked advice on web,stil not sure what to do with my non blooming rose bush (2)They are well positioned. well fed and bloomed beautifully last yr.Do you think pruning now would encourage them? I live in the UK. mant thanks Sally Liddle
