No flowers on mango tree

I live in Florida and have a have nice big mango tree; it’s Keith. Now, this year is already February and no flowers on my tree. All neighbors with mango tree in their yards have flowers on their tree. What do you think is happening? Tree is about 12 years old. Thank you.
