Q.Night flowering Jasmin

I live in Florida and a year ago I bought a night flowering Jasmin which is growing beautifully but has no buds or flowers!
I have fertilized and it gets water…it is in a sunny and shady spot in a sheltered corner of a court yard…..do you have any suggestions please?

You may be over fertilizing and actually inhibiting flowering.

Excess nitrogen will give you lots of green leaves and little or no flowering.
Bone Meal can boost the phosphorous levels and promote flowering.
