Gardening Know How Questions & Answers - https://questions.gardeningknowhow.comPurchased these for full sun location. Watered 2x daily. They “bleached out” and it seems flowers dried up. I have moved them to a less intense location. Will they revive? Do I need to cut them back?

I'm wondering if they needed water twice a day already. They may be overwatered. Wait till soil dries out a bit between waterings. They only need moderate watering once established.
You can deadhead the spent blooms. I wouldn't cut it back unless it's tall and lanky. Here is more about them:
