new growth arrowhead ivy

I received a pole Arrowhead Ivy plant 2 years ago. At first it really grew nicely. I was afraid it was getting too large for pot, so I repotted. It did fine for awhile, but now new growth is pale, weak, much smaller. What is my problem with this plant? Water? Light? I used a Miracle Grow potting mix that I have used with other plants and have never had a problem. I keep this plant indoors. Please help.

Some plants go into shock when they are repotted. It sounds like yours has. Make sure that the drainage is good in the new pot and provide a little fertilizer. If you give it good care, it should come out of shock and recover.
