Gardening Know How Questions & Answers - https://questions.gardeningknowhow.comLast year one of my 1 year old Burbank plums was covered in aphids that I did not notice until the leaves and fruit were damaged. I have neem oil ready to use, and I see the flowers are just about to open. Should I spray now or after the leaves open? The other tree was untouched and had a heavy crop of fruit. The later leaves were ok on this one, but it was too late. Thank you.

It should not affect the blooms if you go ahead and spray now.
