Q.Neem oil

Zone Brockport, NY 14420 | gailmpic added on June 29, 2016 | Answered

I am trying to get some Praying mantids to hatch in my garden, but while waiting for them to do their job, my arugula and lettuce looks to be attacked by flea beetles. If I were to use Neem oil, would it hurt the Praying mantis?

Even using an organic method of pest control, such as Neem Oil, you need to be cautious and apply according to the label directions.

If you spray the Praying Mantis with Neem Oil is can kill them. With precautions you can use it safely.
