Q.neem oil
Where can I buy “Garden Safe” neem oil extract? I live in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada and cannot find it anywhere.

From my research you may not be able to purchase Neem Oil any longer in Canada.
I believe the ban was effective at the end of 2012.
Perhaps your local garden center would be able to identify another product for you.
