Need Yuki Snowflake Deutzia To Look Fuller

I have six Yuki Snowflake Deutzia shubs I planted lest fall (see Photo). What do I need to do the get them to look fuller vs straggly?

They are still quite young! Their first pruning will help. Each year, after flowering, a good pruning will help to keep them looking their best. Here is an article that will help:
