Need Instructions on Pruning Overgrown Blueberry Bushes!

We have 5 blueberry bushes that have not been truly pruned in about 7 years. Can anyone give me advice/instructions on the best way to get them back in shape without killing them or completely losing all fruit production? Thank you!!!
