Need Help Identifying This Tree

Question

I live in Florence, Oregon, on the coast, and I would like help identifying this tree. I was told it was some sort of cherry tree, but that it wasn’t fruit-bearing?

It, very much, looks like an inedible cherry variety. Pinning down a cultivar will be hard, but it does look like one of the many ornamental cherries.
